At starting software, Pukka always stay on "caching bookmark at the first time"
I can't do anything

How many bookmarks do you
How many bookmarks do you have for your account? It could be that they are all not yet cached.
Another thing to try is some debugging steps:
1. Quit Pukka.
2. Remove the Home > Library > Application Support > Pukka folder.
3. Restart Pukka.
