I just installed the demo software, and really like the looks of it. I know the password is correct, I just used it to setup a different app. All help would be appreciated.

The actual message I get is "There was a login failure!". I have never actually gotten logged in. I did not see any items in the keychain for it. The console is grayed out, and does not let me select it. I hope to get it going, as I have it on my laptop working fine, and look forward to purchasing it when we get this resolved.

Regarding the Console being grayed out, this might be when the failure message is visible? When that is the case, most menu items are inaccessible.
If you are not seeing any Pukka entries in the keychain, then that would definitely cause a password problem. Please try opening the preferences, finding the account, and making sure the password is set there.
Also, you may want to try a beta of the next version, which alters the behavior of the login failure messages a bit:

Danny, I will send you a debugging version of Pukka so that we can see why Delicious is reporting that your password is incorrect when it isn't.
I've just had a very similar problem while setting up Pukka on a clean install. I solved it in the end by deleting the account in question, and then adding it again. Hope this helps (either you, or anyone else who finds this…).

If the password does not seem to be working, please try opening Window > Console to see if anything is reported there. If it still says the password is wrong, try quitting Pukka, opening the Keychain Access application (located in Utilities) and finding and deleting any Pukka entries there, then relaunching Pukka.
