Deleting bookmarks?

Thanks four your reply. The ability to delete bookmarks would be great. Another thing on my wishlist would be an option to check for duplicates. I know Pukka does this automatically when adding a bookmark, but unfortunately I'm working on PC as well and tend to add bookmarks there too.

Here's the scenario. I've imported my bookmarks from Safari to Delicious a while ago. Presently, I'm using Firefox at work and add bookmarks to Delicious there too. Unfortunately, I only have Pukka at home... so, unless I add a duplicate bookmark on my home computer I won't be notified that the bookmark already exists. I could potentially add a bookmark at work, then somewhere on the road in an Internet cafe and so forth... duplicating bookmarks without realizing it.

What I'd wish for is a way to check for duplicates... something that is blatantly missing even from Delicious itself.

Pukka could have a feature that checks bookmarks on del.icio.us whether they are still active/valid. It then could show a window with potentially duplicate bookmarks. From this window I could tell Pukka to ignore certain domains such as cnn.com that link to articles and require individual links and remember my preference. I also could tell Pukka to get rid of links that are clearly duplicates such as http://bank DOT com/ and http://www.bank DOT com and sublinks that go directly to the bank's login screen. There're many duplicates on most del.icio.us accounts and unfortunately no convenient way to find them. The same goes for batch deleting bookmarks. No apps. No function on the website of del.icio.us itself. Food for thought?
