Justin, any chance of making Pukka play nicely with Diigo (http://www.diigo.com/)?
Hey Brad!
I've been hearing some buzz about it, especially since the Ma.gnolia folks have been sending people there, so I will look into it. Their API looks straightforward, albeit not an exact copy of Delicious.
I actually had started using Diigo recently for saving bookmarks since their bookmarklet responded so much faster than the standard delicious bookmarklet, and it would cross-post for me. Since I wasn't interested in the highlighting features, Pukka's even faster Save functionality won me over even the Diigo bookmarklet!
Despite my few caveats about Pukka (which I just posted), it is the best way to post to delicious.
Diigo's toolbar loads so quickly that users looking for that more advanced functionality (anchored notes, highlighting) should be happy enough with that for now.
Let me preface this by saying that I haven't tested it, but does Pukka currently work with Diigo? I've been using Diigo for a few years now, and now that delicious appears to be losing their corporate support, I'm going to be using it more and more.
I've just looked into this again now, and as before, Diigo's API is still distinct and not designed to work like Delicious, so Pukka won't work with it without some significant development. Pinboard, on the other hand, is a good example of a service that designed to be Delicious-like from the start, so it does work with Pukka.
I'll be looking into this some more, though, as the Delicious shake-up has definitely necessitated that I look around a bit at what else is out there.
It is a pity, it needs significant development to make it possible. To tell the truth before reading this post I didn't know about Diigo at all, but after watching a video where it is shown how it works (http://www.tubestime.com/watch/diigo ) I got very excited about it. It is great there are such apps which help to bring more order to all the files and bookmarklets so you can have mach faster access to them.

I've been using diigo for quite a while now, and mirroring bookmarks to delicious. Never quite got the hang of Ma.gnolia and therefore never used it, which turned out to be a good thing.
Pukka + diigo = love.
