I'm trying to register Pukka without success. I've got licence file in my mailbox, but when I try to open it directly in Pukka, I get a new URL submission form with a contents of licence file prefilled in URL field. This doesn't work, of course.
I tried to download the licence file and doubleclick it, but it doesn't work too – it opens in the text editing app instead. When I try to open the file from within Pukka, the file is grayed-out in the directory list.
Since the extension is changed to XML during download, I tried to change it back to the original. Didn't work either. Next, I tried to open it with Get Info and change extension here as well as indicate, that it should open with Pukka.
No success. It does open in Pukka, but the result is the same: all the contents is stuffed into the URL submission dialog.
So, how to I register the app? I can't believe I'm the first one to stumble doing this. Please, help!
And should I suggest adding some alternative way to register (maybe pasting key info into dialog) for future versions?
Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble with this. Can you please try renaming the license file to end in .pukkalicense instead of .xml?
There was for a time a bug on the server that would cause this to happen more frequently, but it has been corrected.
If you do that rename, the file should open just fine in Pukka and register the copy.
