Pukka 1.8.2b2: public beta

I've just released a public beta of the next version of Pukka. So far, it only includes some fixes and preparation and none of the planned new features.

• Preliminary Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard support
• Added some bookmarks caching Console debugging (Applications > Utilities > Console to see it)
• Fixed a window resize bug that affected progress spinner placement
