Alt + 5 returns an opening

Alt + 5 returns an opening square bracket. Command + alt + 5 does not have any effect. So how do I switch between the bookmark fields?

The "[ or ]" refers to either

The "[ or ]" refers to either Command-[ or Command-] to switch accounts. Switching between the bookmark fields can be done with either Tab/Shift-Tab or Command-1 through Command-4 while in the app.

According to your Pukka Quick

According to your Pukka Quick Reference PDF, Command + [ or ] should allow me to narrow a search to specific fields. This is what I mean when I wrote about switching between bookmark fields. I'm not referring to Pukka's window for posting bookmarks. I am referring to the search bar.

Again, the keyboard command for [ is alt-5 on my MacBook keyboard. Hence, command-alt-5 should yield Command-[. But that has no effect in Pukka. It should, shouldn't it?

It sounds like you have a non-US keyboard. I will send you a debug build of Pukka by email to get to the bottom of this. It should be a pretty minor issue to resolve.

I found that on my non-US

I found that on my non-US keyboard layout (localized for German) the Ü and + keys can be used in place of the [ and ] keys on a US-keyboard. Thus, Command-[ in my case is Command-Ü.

Although I now can use these keyboard shortcuts while in the search bar, one can't see what field is the chosen one. I expected the drop-down list to reveal itself upon pressing the keys.

Alex, this is fixed in the

Alex, this is fixed in the next beta of Pukka, due out this week. I was relying on the hardware key pressed and not the Unicode character generated for the search window shortcuts. When switched to a German layout on my own keyboard, you are right -- I would have to use my hardware [, which generates a ü.

Also, I'm just now

Also, I'm just now understanding your comment about knowing which filter is active. I will try to improve on this behavior in a future version.
