bind address/interface

I'm using Meerkat to create a dynamic socks tunnel in order to circumvent the censorship in China. I've got parallels running a windows xp virtual machine. In addition to the local software on my macbook, I would like to allow the virtual machine to go through the tunnel that Meerkat makes, but the tunnel is bound to localhost, which the virtual machine doesn't have access to.

is it possible to specify the ip address/interface that the tunnel gets bound to?

if i could specify that i want the tunnel to be bound to the wifi interface (en1) or even just an ip address, that would solve many problems. interface binding would be best, but I could still manage with just being about to specify an ip address
