I also wrote and used to maintain Ticketsmith, the PHP-based trouble ticket tracking system. The old website at Voxel seems to be offline, as does the old Freshmeat page, but I've mirrored the last release of the source, the README file, and the CREDITS file here on this site. Please note that I have not been actively involved in Ticketsmith since 2001.
